Nordica DOBERMANN SLR EVO review 2014
PROSKILAB™ reviewers' comments
A very well-balanced ski, and a "Testers' Choice", the Nordica Dobermann SLR Evo delivers an unbeatable combination of performance, accessibility and pleasure. We would recommend this ski for good to excellent skiers (or beginner-level slalomers) looking for a capable ski that is nevertheless pleasant underfoot, versatile and fun to ride.
Review: Pros
- The Nordica Dobermann SLR Evo is a well-balanced ski that delivers good performance, is tolerant and has good rebound. It is lively, with good grip in short-radius turns and remains stable in longer-radius turns. Transitions from carving to sliding are easy and fluid, giving the ski a pleasant feel underfoot in all conditions. This is a ski that is a sheer pleasure to ride.
Review: Cons
- The Dobermann requires attention and performs better when skied forward, which implies a solid technical skill set.
