The Epic Joy by Head has obviously put the emphasis on lightness, an important factor for ladies' skis. The ski is incredibly light underfoot. Very easy in turn initiation, happy in skid turns, it’s really easy to steer until you reach medium speeds. At full throttle, especially on hard pack, it slows down. Tested a bit short in this category (156cm for 165cm requested), the Sentra SL7 Ti Evo is an excellent touring ski, but unfortunately is not versatile/nimble enough to do well in this Top-of-the-Range Female category.
