Dynamic Night Elve review 2011

PROSKILAB™ reviewers' comments

Opinions differed over the Night Elve as some reviewers apparently found it difficult to come to grips with. The ski didn't perform well enough to rank high in the "Advanced Women" category. It's suitable for beginners, on medium slopes, skid turns, and for ski touring.

Review: Pros

  • This ski's great design is matched by its ease of handling. It's especially good on 'soft' turns, mild slopes and skid turns.

Review: Cons

  • The ski is difficult to handle in carved turns where it lacks stability and reliability when pressure is applied, making it feel unsafe.

Dynamic Night Elve : Night Elve

Totally agree with the reviewer - I hired these as an advaned skier and they were workable on soft, fresh snow but as the snow became compacted were difficult to handle, and lacked flex. Rubbish in moguls too.
